Settlement between daughter of Mirza Aqa Khan and her daughter, 1899 or 1900
Settlement between the daughter of Mirza Aqa Khan (and sister of Shaykh al-Islam) and her daughter, in which a big and white room and its furniture are settled in exchange for three kilos of salt and a silver coin. This settlement is confirmed in by several religious leaders. Also, according to this agreement, 75 tumans were put aside for thirty years to be used for food donations for five years and four years of prayers and fasts in case of the death of Mirza Aqa Khan's daughter. The two women are not named in the document.

Settlement between Aqa Baygum, daughter of Haj Muhammad Javad from Isfahan and wife of Haj Muhammad Sadiq from Dastjird, and her two sons, Muhammad Hadi Arbab and Muhammad Shafi‘, exchanging four-and-one-half acres of a property in Dastjird, which she inherited from her son, Hasan ‘Ali, for one hundred dinars. Aqa Baygum also settles her mahr with the mentioned sons for ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy. Hajiyah Zivar Sultan's deposition on her settlement with her inheritors, 1906
Hajiyah Zivar Sultan (daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan and former wife of the late Haji Muhammad ‘Alaqah-band [the silk dealer] from Shiraz) confirms that she settled her possessions with her inheritors for one tuman and some crystal sugar, with the condition that her possessions would belong to her while she is alive, and after her death, her inheritors should pay seven hundred and fifty tumans for her funeral costs and for charity as she desires.
